In-Kind Support
Air Shows have many requirements to ensure a successful event. In addition to cash funding, there are several items, including equipment usage or product that may be provided by Business and Community Organizations in-kind.
Some of the items and equipment required include:
- car rentals
- cube van (rental/borrow)
- catering (for volunteers, vips and others)
- use of golf carts, quads and other vehicles
- radios & cell phone communications
- advertising, printing & photocopying
- signage
- gym passes
- generators, portable light towers
- bottled water
- big top tents
- and more!
The Wetaskiwin Air Show is pleased to calculate any in-kind contribution towards the Air Show's operational requirements at $1 cash for every $2 provided in retail value.
