Food Vendors
General Information:
- Vendors will be located in a good location near major seating areas. A layout map and full packet will be distributed to approved vendors prior to the Air Show.
- Applications are due by July 15, 2010; However space is limited! Booth spaces will be assigned based on date application and deposit are received; and product compatibility.
- Deposit is required to be placed on assignment list.
- Space fees do not include canopy, tables, chairs, electricity or signage. Vendors MUST be self contained and supply their own power (generators) and water.
Loading/Unloading/Vendor Parking:
- Parking will be available outside of the airport. Exhibitors will set up Friday of Air Show weekend and tear down Sunday after 6 pm on Air Show weekend. Restocking will be allowed before and after the gates open on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
- Detailed information & times will be provided in Vendor package.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- No refunds will be given once an application has been accepted.
Rules and Regulations:
- No vendor attending the Air Show shall consume or have in his/her possession any alcohol and/or controlled substance.
- The Wetaskiwin Air Show reserves the right to refuse exhibits which may violate community standards of decency or otherwise in fringe upon the right of our patrons, exhibitors, or members of the public and to refuse space when deemed unsuitable by management.
- Vendors may not sell or promote their product outside of their own rented space.
- Exhibitor Insurance - INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: READ CAREFULLY
All exhibitors must provide proof of liability insurance in the amount no less than $1 million. - A valid City of Wetaskiwin Business License is required.
Fees:
- per 100 square feet (plus maximum of one support vehicle)
- does not include canopy or equipment
Non-Profit Organization
no charge* (up to 400 square feet)
*$200 deposit required, refundable after the event
Chamber Members
$200 for two days
Non-Chamber Members
$400 for two days
We do not offer exclusivity to vendors. The Air Show is the sole judge of the above and all assignments of spaces are made in accordance with the availability of space and criteria required.
Please send 50% of your total vendor fee with complete application and insurance certificate. Total fees are due by July 15, 2010. Be sure to keep a copy of the vendor application for your records.
