Volunteer Opportunities

This event will rely heavily upon volunteer support for its success. Approximately 200 staff and volunteers will be required during the event itself. Some of the Volunteer Opportunities that will be available:

Security

Secure the perimeter of the restricted area during the Air Show. It is critical that this large “box” is clear of all pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

Host

Provide directions, information and security at various locations on-site. This job requires a big smile, a helping hand, and can be done if you prefer to sit or if you prefer to be active.

On-site Activities

Assist with the delivery, security and safety of exciting programming developed for the event, which may include children’s activities and static displays.

Hospitality

Prepare and present food and refreshments for staff and volunteers. Help feed and water the workers so they can do their jobs.

Transportation

Help move people or supplies and run errands on and off-site. This job requires a clean driving record, age 25+, and the ability to move and lift some items.
